Visit to Glorious Sun Business School, Donghua University, China
In May 2024 I visited the Glorious Sun Business School at Donghua University. I have been collaborating with Professor Bin Shen, researching the dynamics of some agricultural supply chains. It seems that changing the size of a breeding herd creates some very interesting dynamic consequences for several years into the future. Control theory provides a very powerful toolkit to understand this situation.
It has been a great adventure to Shanghai. Thank you Bin, your colleagues, and your PhD students for hosting me so well!
